Ordering

 
Order Early! Please remember that July and August are the busiest months for The Campus Closet.  Be sure to provide all of the information on our Order forms. Incomplete order information may delay your shipment. To avoid confusion, if you use this website to place your order, do NOT also phone, fax or e-mail the same order to us.  To assure accuracy on multiple orders, each order must be processed separately and shipped individually.

After submitting your order you will receive email confirmation that your order has been received. You should review this email confirmation for accuracy. Changes to any items on your order must be made by calling customer service on or before 4:00 PM (EST) the day of the original order confirmation. Please do not fax or email your request for order changes - they will not be accepted!
If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please contact customer service at 248-340-6272   M-F 10am-5pm (EST).
 
Delivery
 
Order Early! Orders placed after August 10th are not guaranteed for back to school.  Orders are shipped UPS Ground. Their normal delivery days are Monday through Friday. Regular order production time will take 5 to 7 business days. Our goal is to exceed this schedule, but in some cases due to demand and high standards, we may be temporarily out of an item. Therefore, items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. The estimated delivery date is an estimated ship date. Customer Service Representatives may not guarantee delivery dates.
 
Special Shipping & Air Freight
 
We always suggest that you take advantage of our express shipping. Once your order has been completed we can express your order to you for a small additional charge and guarantee delivery and 100% tracking of your package. Please note: we make every effort to ship your order complete, however the nominal express shipping charge does not apply to any back ordered merchandise. Back ordered merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground. Shipping rates apply to deliveries within the continental United States. Deliveries outside the continental USA require additional shipping charges. Please call our customer service department, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday at 248-340-6272for the appropriate charges.
 
Shortages & Claims
 
Please check your order immediately upon receipt of your package. If your package arrives damaged or there is a shortage, please keep the packing materials and contact our Customer Service department at 248-340-6272. Shortages or damage claims will be honored for only seven (7) days after receipt of merchandise.
